Driven by our merchant-obsessed mindset and our sense of social responsibility, we are working our way to achieving sustainable development goals while creating a socially responsible business that makes the world a better place where everyone can be included.About the Role:The Stock Control Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, stock movement, warehouse control processes, and stock optimization across warehouses and distribution centers. The role ensures high inventory integrity, minimizes shrinkage and stock loss, improves stock availability, and supports operational efficiency through strong controls, reporting, and process improvements. What You’ll Do :Inventory ManagementMonitor and control inventory levels across all warehouses and fulfillment centers.Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.Investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes.Reduce inventory variance, damages, expiries, and shrinkage.Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO standards where applicable.Stock Operations ControlSupervise inbound, outbound, returns, and transfer stock processes.Ensure proper stock movement tracking within ERP/WMS systems.Monitor warehouse stock handling standards and storage utilization.Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure operational compliance.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.Analyze stock trends, aging inventory, slow-moving items, and stock losses.Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.Provide actionable recommendations to improve stock performance.Process ImprovementDevelop and implement inventory control SOPs.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stock management.Support automation and system enhancement projects.Ensure standardization across all operational sites.Team ManagementLead and develop stock control supervisors and inventory teams.Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.Conduct training on inventory procedures and system compliance.Cross Functional CoordinationCoordinate with Procurement, Supply Planning, Finance, and Operations teams.Support finance during stock valuation and audit activities.Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory availability.
