Job DescriptionVisit customers to inspect and assess furniture issuesIdentify root cause (manufacturing defect, damage, or misuse)Perform on-site repairs (upholstery, woodwork, mechanisms)Communicate clearly with customers and explain issuesMaintain cleanliness and professionalism during visitsDocument work (photos, reports, customer sign-off)Escalate cases that require full replacementQualifications3–5 years experience in furniture maintenance (must)Strong skills in carpentry, upholstery, and mechanismsExperience with high-quality furniture is preferredProfessional appearance and customer التعامل skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedAbility to use mobile/tablet for reportingFurniture industry experience is mandatoryMales & 10th of Ramadan residents preferred
