Gated Communities & Business Parks Deployment Supervisor

About the Role:Lead end-to-end B2B microwave enterprise deployment across gated communities and business parks — one of the most strategic revenue-driving functions in our network expansion plan.You'll own the full delivery cycle: from planning and vendor management to SLA compliance and KPI reporting, working cross-functionally with Civil, Telecom Egypt, MISP, and planning teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Leading field deployment of microwave enterprise and fiber solutions for new gated communities and B2B customersSupervising subcontractors and vendors across installation, commissioning, and quality auditsDriving monthly and quarterly targets through BOQ preparation, resource planning, and budget alignmentManaging the full subcontractor lifecycle — evaluation, invoice validation, KPI tracking, and corrective actionReporting deployment progress, SQI metrics, trouble tickets, and market share updates to senior managementEnsuring E2E SLA compliance and resolving chronic bottlenecks in the fieldRequired Qualifications:BSc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications3–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B or gated compound project deliveryStrong knowledge of microwave transmission systemsPMP certified or working towards it — a strong plusFluent Arabic | Very good English (spoken & written)
