The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.ResponsibilitiesProvides constant monitoring of customer (external – internal) oriented approachesSeeks opportunities for organizational improvement and motivate subordinates to develop better ways of handling their workflows, products/services, processes and daily tasks.Ensures high quality—dedicates required time and energy to assignments or tasks to ensure that no aspect of the work is neglected; guide to overcome obstacles to completing tasks or assignments delivering high quality output.People Management Cascade & communicate action plans, motivates and empowers and coach team's members to achieve best results.Ensure clear understanding and compliance of team members to compliance company policies and code of conduct.Sets and implements sales strategic plans to accomplish sales targets, increase sales volume, and maximize revenues & profits.Manages and develops the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Builds and carries out sales planning framework to highlight work processes.Coaches and monitors SMB agents' performance to ensure targets' achievement and fair workloads. Motivates and supports the team to achieve their targets.Formulates challenging career paths for sales team to keep them motivate.. Interview potential candidates according to HR procedures to ensure joining candidates will fulfill the company's and the department's objectives.Visits to various SMB accounts to capture feedback, monitor performance and sales coaching.Aligns with the Senior Sales Manager regarding accounts' tailored proposals to increase sales penetration rate.Informs risk department in case of any suspicious or fraud accounts to ensure alignment with the departments' objectives.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience (preferable in Telecom field)Proven sales records.Competent computer skills.Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).Excellent strategic management skills.Excellent strategic planning skills Excellent leadership skills.
