Technical Governance and Budget Planning Supervisor

About the Role:Drives strategic budget planning, executive reporting, and performance governance for Transport, Infrastructure & B2B — aligning departmental priorities with company objectives and enabling data-driven decision-making.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead 0–12 month budget planning, consolidating Capex/Opex needs from section heads.Track E2E order delivery with VRM, Procurement & Budget teams.Consolidate executive reporting, weekly updates, and risk/delay flags for directors.Prepare executive slides for Technical Business Reviews, Group Reviews & CXO sessions.Coordinate with PMO on cross-functional project support and achievement recognition.Plan and govern the TIB dashboard, aligning KPIs with PMO and stakeholders.Highlight on/off-track KPIs and run monthly dashboard review meetings.Manage EOY scoring weight distribution per investment and strategy priorities.Required QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering (Electrical, Communications, or Telecommunications).Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a PMO, technical governance, or performance/reporting role within a telecom, networks, or technical operations environment.Proven experience in budget planning (Capex/Opex), executive reporting, or KPI/dashboard governance.PMP, PMO, or project governance certification is a plus.
