About the RoleLegal Compliance Supervisor shall support the e& Egypt in rolling out and implementing the compliance program for anti-bribery & anti-corruption, conflict of interest, gifts and entertainment, sanctions and trade controls and AML/CFT areas. Provide support for all compliance activities relating to above mentioned areas, policies and procedures, risk assessments, training, etc. Provide reasonable assurance on compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. Support with implementation of compliance-related policies, procedures, internal controls, and online tools. He/she is responsible for ensuring e& Egypt’s compliance awareness and training (‘Integrity’) program is embedded in the business. This includes responsibility for design, development, and continuous improvement of the suite of policies including the Code of Conduct, e-learning modules and co-ordination of the communications awareness calendar and activities.ResponsibilitiesLegal Compliance Support: Assist the Legal Compliance Manager on operating a core legal compliance program for e& Egypt including the following: Continuous improvement of the Integrity program including the e& Egypt Code of Conduct to ensure employee engagement by pushing boundaries and creatively exploring new solutions.Deliver creative and engaging compliance trainings and communications to increase awareness of e& employees in relation to their relevant compliance obligations that affect their work. Work with compliance subject matter experts to deliver training and awareness on policy topics including Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Export Controls, Speak Up etc. Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including HR, Learning and Development and Internal Comms.Organize compliance learning events, such as onboarding sessions for new joiners, annual compliance events and roadshows with internal and external speakers. Assist in drafting documents for the Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Program across e& Egypt, including (but not limited to: objectives, framework, strategic plan, detailed program plan, implementation plan and approval plan for compliance monitoring and review.Support and facilitate the development and execution of initial and regular risk assessments. Develop compliance trainings and communications to increase awareness of e& Egypt’s staff (and in particular, key compliance champions) in relation to their relevant compliance obligations that affect their work.Assist with developing and supporting compliance-related online tools. Review contracts with business partners to advise on potential compliance risks.Organize compliance learning events, such as annual events with internal and external speakers.In general, assist the Legal Compliance Manager and different departments in creating and maintaining a compliance culture within the company that would enhance compliance accountability within individuals and would encourage open reporting and proactivity within EM community.Customer Centricity: Provides constant monitoring of customer (external – internal) oriented approaches and compliance trends and try to find innovative solutions for business Seeks opportunities for improvement in processes to develop compliant ways of handling their workflows, products/services, processes in both a compliant and efficient manner.QualificationsUniversity Degree in Law.Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).Desirable QualificationsMinimum 3 yearsSolid Compliance Practice Technology or Banking background experience
