Job DescriptionThe GC&E Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the Groups, Conferences & Events sales function by managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating event requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining Hilton's standards of hospitality and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesRespond to group, conference, meeting, and event inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and quotations to prospective clients.Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.Coordinate with operational departments to ensure successful event execution.Maintain accurate client records and update sales activities in the relevant systems.Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for potential clients.Assist in negotiating rates, terms, and event requirements within approved guidelines.Monitor group room blocks, event details, and client requests to ensure accuracy.Support the achievement of departmental revenue targets and sales objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel partners.Participate in sales activities, networking events, and promotional campaigns as required.Ensure compliance with Hilton policies, procedures, and brand standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in hotel sales, events, reservations, customer service, or hospitality operations is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.Knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM tools is preferred.
