Job DescriptionGerman Trainer (C1)We are seeking a qualified German Trainer to join our team and take ownership of customer service agent training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, improving language proficiency, and enhancing overall performance. ResponsibilitiesDeliver German language and communication training sessions for agents.Design and update training materials based on business needs.Assess trainees’ performance and track their progress.Provide coaching and continuous support to improve performance.Identify skill gaps and create development plans.Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to improve overall performance.Conduct refreshers and upskilling sessions. Job RequirementsFluency in German (C1).Previous experience as a Trainer in a call center is a must.Strong background in Customer Service.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft apps (PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).Strong coaching and mentoring skills.Organisational and time management skills.
