We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operationsJob PurposeYour role as a General Accountant (in-house) will support daily accounting operations across UAE and KSA business units, focusing on accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and operational finance support. The role is execution-focused and critical to month-end closing and reporting accuracy. You will be interacting with an international Finance team and stakeholders (locally and internationally), advanced language fluency and communnication skills is required to succeed in this role.Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting OperationsRecord daily accounting transactions for UAE and KSA entities in the ERP system.Post expense entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and adjustments as per SOP.Maintain accurate supporting schedules and documentation.Reconciliations & ControlsPerform bank, petty cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.Investigate discrepancies and support timely resolution with senior team members.Support fixed assets tracking and depreciation entries.Operational Finance SupportAssist with payment voucher preparation and supporting documents.Support monthly closing activities under guidance from Chief Accountant / FC.Coordinate with Admin, HR, and Ops teams for expense and payroll-related data.Compliance & Reporting SupportSupport VAT, payroll, and statutory reporting preparations.Assist in audit and internal review requests by preparing schedules and documents.Core ValuesBeing a mazeeder, our promise to customers, internal teams, HR and Leadership is to demonstrate our core values in our daily interactions and quality of work:IntegrityCustomer ObsessionSimplicityGrowth MindsetInnovationEmpowermentEssential Skills And Qualifications1–2 years of accounting experience.
