We are hiring Sourcing Manager who is responsible for driving production, managing a small but high impact sourcing team, and ensuring timely fulfillment of high‑volume hiring needs across global projects. This role requires a hands‑on, decisive leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and holds teams and vendors accountable for results while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.The ideal candidate is highly execution focused, comfortable making tough decisions, capable of pushing performance, and committed to ensuring positions are filled on time without sacrificing quality or compliance.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Team Leadership & Performance ManagementProvide strong, hands-on leadership to a small sourcing team, setting clear expectations, targets, and accountability.Drive high performance, speed, and consistency in sourcing delivery across multiple concurrent projects.Coach, develop, and performance manage sourcing specialists, including addressing underperformance proactively.Foster a results-oriented, execution‑focused culture that can operate effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.High Volume Recruiting & Production DeliveryOwn end-to-end sourcing execution for high‑volume, time‑sensitive recruiting needs.Ensure sourcing plans directly support project production targets and delivery commitments.Anticipate sourcing risks early and take decisive corrective action to keep projects on track.Partner closely with Operations to align capacity with demand.Vendor & Channel ManagementOnboard, manage, and hold external sourcing vendors accountable across regions and territories.Set clear vendor expectations, performance metrics, and turnaround times.Actively manage vendor performance, escalate issues, and make change decisions when outcomes are not met.Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing channels to improve speed, scale, and cost efficiency.Strategy, Innovation & Process ImprovementExecute the sourcing strategy defined by senior leadership while continuously identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and throughput.Leverage data, technology, and market insights to optimize sourcing approaches and tools.Drive innovation in sourcing methods, pipelines, and engagement models to meet evolving production needs.Contribute to the design, enhancement, and governance of the crowdsourcing database and sourcing infrastructure.Quality, Metrics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on sourcing performance, productivity, and outcomes.Prepare and present regular KPI and performance reports to the Sr. Director.Ensure sourcing outputs meet quality, compliance, and client expectations.Qualifications:Required8+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or workforce supply, with demonstratedpeople leadership experience.Proven success managing high-volume recruiting operations in fast‑paced environments.Strong experience managing and scaling external vendors and sourcing partners.Demonstrated ability to drive teams hard when needed, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.Exceptional problem solving, execution, and decision‑making skills.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Experience using CRM systems and data to drive sourcing decisions.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.PreferredExperience in crowdsourcing, marketplace, or large-scale workforce models.Strong understanding of operational metrics, budgets, and capacity planning.MBA or relevant graduate degree.Exposure to sourcing at global or multi‑regional scale.Additional information:LXT is an equal opportunity employer and ensures that no applicant is subject to less favorable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, color, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependents, or physical or mental disability.
