We are seeking a high-caliber, ambitious professional to join our pioneering GRC function.Role: Support the Chief Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer in establishing KarmSolar’s comprehensive GRC framework across Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Quality Assurance.Process documentation: Develop policies, procedures, and control frameworks.Impact: Hands-on mentorship while contributing to Board governance support, regulatory compliance programs, enterprise risk management, investigations, ethics programs, and quality management systems.Opportunity: Build Egypt’s first renewable energy GRC function from scratch with significant growth potential.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field2–4 years in compliance, risk, audit, or governance.Experience building framework from ground up.Bias towards action taking.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsInternational education, background in renewable energy and sustainability are a plus.
