Key Responsibilities:Assist the legal team in organizing, indexing, and archiving contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Support with corporate documents, filings, and regulatory submissions.Conduct basic legal research to support the team, and prepare summaries or reports as requested.Coordinate signatures, notarization, legalization, and archiving of documents.Assist in monitoring deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related requirements.Maintain and update legal trackers and dashboards (matters, deadlines, renewals, compliance), and prepare regular status reports for the team.Coordinate document flow and follow-ups between Legal and other departments and external offices.Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team.Key Competencies:Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and coordination skills.Willingness to learn and develop.Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree (a law background is helpful but not required).0–3 years in a legal, administrative, or corporate support role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & digital trackers.
