Join us to lead quality execution from design review to final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review engineering designs, computations, and final drawingsInspect materials, equipment, and structures to ensure code and safety complianceDevelop project schedules, allocate labor, and manage site resourcesPerform structural load and stress calculations and select appropriate materialsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams on MEP and structural drawingsOversee contractor work to guarantee structural soundness and qualityUse Primavera and MS Project for planning and progress trackingManage 3–4 projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field3+ years of relevant construction engineering experienceProven ability to read and coordinate Architectural, MEP, and Structural drawingStrong leadership, team coordination, and communication skillProficiency with Primavera, Microsoft Project, and budgeting/estimationHighly organized, motivated, and adaptable to changing site conditions and deadline
