OverviewThe Landscape & Urban Design practice in AtkinsRéalis India is currently expanding to contribute to sectors including Property, Infrastructure and Transportation worldwide. We are keen to bring on board highly motivated landscape architects and urban designers to form a well‑integrated team delivering projects across the globe.Your roleTake ownership of work and design under the supervision of Senior Landscape Architects.Draft technical reports and contractual documents of acceptable technical and presentation quality with minimal guidance.Work according to project programs and proactively advise senior team members of any issues affecting efficient project completion.Set out and agree on design standards and parameters with senior team members.Willingness to undertake and participate in interdisciplinary technical coordination.Responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and within budget.Use software such as Revit, Rhino, InDesign, etc., independently with the ability to guide junior team members.Identify and follow through on leads or suggestions related to additional work prospects on current projects.Travel to other AtkinsRéalis offices or sites globally when required and interface with teams based there.About YouQualificationMaster's degree in Landscape Architecture from nationally or internationally reputed universities (mandatory).Bachelor's degree holders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture may be considered with demonstrable relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages (design, documentation, site implementation).Chartered status or candidates on pathway will be an added advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the landscape architectural field.Technical CompetencyStrong experience in delivering Landscape and Public Realm projects.Familiarity with design, tender and construction processes; international experience (ME/APAC) is an added advantage.Competent in design detailing and construction techniques.Conversant with collaborative and multi‑disciplinary design standards.Proficient in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe CS5, MS Office, and Google Pro.Advanced experience in BIM software for Urban Planning/Infrastructure is an added advantage.Behavioural CompetencyExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.Able to work independently or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team.Logical and organized approach to project delivery, following instructions and guidance from senior team members.Able to identify and communicate project or team concerns to the Line Manager.Able to discuss career goals and aspirations.Willingness to share information and knowledge with team members.Rewards & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.This IncludesComprehensive life insurance coverageMedical insurance for you and your dependentsAnnual leave balance in accordance with local labour lawFlexible and hybrid work solutionsOpportunity for local and global internal transfersCompany gratuity schemeDiscretionary bonus programEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutritionSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.About AtkinsRéalisWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
