The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee creative requirements. This candidate can create cross-channel deliverables that meet clients' needs by knowing emerging technologies in the area.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and adapt creative assets across social media, digital, print, outdoor, and presentations.Finalize approved layouts and prepare production-ready artwork.Resize and adapt campaign materials across formats, languages, and markets.Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and approved creative direction.Check typography, alignment, resolution, colors, dimensions, bleed, and file specifications.Prepare English and Arabic artwork, including right-to-left layouts.Retouch and optimize images when required.Maintain clear file organization, version control, and naming conventions.Collaborate remotely with the Dubai creative, account, and production teams.Manage multiple projects and deliver accurately within tight deadlines.Requirements5 years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or production environment.Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.Solid knowledge of artwork finalization, prepress, and digital file preparation.Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail.Experience working with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.Ability to use AI tools for visual exploration, image generation, enhancement, and production support.Good English communication skills.Experience with Arabic artwork and GCC clients is preferred.Ability to work remotely during agreed Dubai office hours.
