Strategic Leadership & Digital TransformationDevelop and execute the Group's Information Technology strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business goals.Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective technology management across the Group.IT Infrastructure & Operations ManagementDirect the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Group's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, data storage, and end-user computing.Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all business-critical systems and applications.Oversee IT service delivery and support functions to maintain operational continuity and user satisfaction.Implement proactive monitoring and performance management processes to ensure optimal system performance.Cybersecurity & Information SecurityDevelop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and controls to protect organizational assets and sensitive information.Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security compliance initiatives.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and industry requirements related to information security and data protection.Establish and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.IT Project & Change ManagementLead enterprise-wide IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-deployment support.Manage project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.Support business process improvement initiatives through technology-enabled solutions.Drive organizational change management activities related to new technologies and systems adoption.Financial & Vendor ManagementDevelop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and maximum return on technology investments.Evaluate emerging technologies and prepare business cases for strategic investments.Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms with technology vendors and service providers.Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service expectations.Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Partner with executive leadership and department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management regarding IT performance, risks, and opportunities.Promote effective communication between IT and business stakeholders across the Group. EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred.ExperienceMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership or management role.Proven experience managing enterprise IT operations within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based organizations.Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and business technology initiatives.
