About the RoleWe are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives through data-driven campaigns and marketing automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.Design and optimize customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.Build audience segments using behavioral and user data.Create personalized campaigns to improve user engagement and retention.Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows.Analyze customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and campaign performance.Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.Monitor key CRM metrics and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to improve customer experience.RequirementsExperience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or Growth Marketing.Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:WebEngageMoEngageBrazeCleverTapInsiderStrong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and user engagement.Experience with CRM analytics, user segmentation, personalization, and event tracking.Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel reporting, and A/B testing.Strong analytical and communication skills.BenefitsFully Remote Work.Monthly Salary: USD 2,000.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup environment.High ownership and impact on business growth.
