We are looking for a "360-degree" Marketer who lives at the intersection of healthcare and technology. You will be responsible for defining our Cairo launch strategy, creating high-quality visual content, and driving user growth through performance-based SNS campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Strategy: Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy for the Cairo market, focusing on patient trust and accurate department routing.Content Creation: Design and produce engaging graphics and short-form videos (SNS) that simplify complex medical navigation concepts into "snackable" content.SNS Management: Lead our presence on Facebook and Instagram (patient-facing) and LinkedIn (provider-facing).Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a strict focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and user retention.Market Analysis: Stay updated on Egyptian healthcare regulations (MoHP) and competitor moves in the Cairo tech scene. Industry Expertise: Proven experience in Healthcare Marketing or a Health-Tech startup (Experience with platforms like Vezeeta or Yodawy is a major plus).Creative Suite: High proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop for graphic design.Growth Mindset: Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates).Language: Native-level Arabic (Egyptian dialect) and professional fluency in English.Independence: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take full ownership of the marketing funnel.
