The OpportunityZoomyRoom is a fast-growing flat-sharing application. We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Team Lead to build and run our outreach engine. You are a "Player-Coach": someone who is just as comfortable closing leads on the phone as you are managing a team and reporting data to the CEO.The Role (50% Management / 50% Execution)1. Lead by Example (Execution)Listing Generation: Identify high-quality flatshare listings and accurately list them in the ZoomyRoom Admin Panel.Direct Outreach: Call, WhatsApp, and email users to pitch ZoomyRoom and guide them through the app download and listing activation process.Growth Hustle: Engage with communities on Reddit and Facebook to drive organic traffic and user acquisition.2. Team Leadership (Management)Daily Rhythm: Set daily targets, keep the team motivated, and ensure every agent knows exactly what to do.Skills Coaching: Run weekly workshops to refine the team’s phone scripts, WhatsApp messaging, and objection handling.CEO Reporting: Maintain the master tracker sheet and provide a weekly performance report with 100% data accuracy.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of data entry and user interactions across the team.Who You AreExtremely Reliable: You are a professional who treats remote work with the same discipline as an office role.
