Growth Team Lead – Telemarketing & User Acquisition

The OpportunityZoomyRoom is a fast-growing flat-sharing application. We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Team Lead to build and run our outreach engine. You are a "Player-Coach": someone who is just as comfortable closing leads on the phone as you are managing a team and reporting data to the CEO.The Role (50% Management / 50% Execution)1. Lead by Example (Execution)Listing Generation: Identify high-quality flatshare listings and accurately list them in the ZoomyRoom Admin Panel.Direct Outreach: Call, WhatsApp, and email users to pitch ZoomyRoom and guide them through the app download and listing activation process.Growth Hustle: Engage with communities on Reddit and Facebook to drive organic traffic and user acquisition.2. Team Leadership (Management)Daily Rhythm: Set daily targets, keep the team motivated, and ensure every agent knows exactly what to do.Skills Coaching: Run weekly workshops to refine the team’s phone scripts, WhatsApp messaging, and objection handling.CEO Reporting: Maintain the master tracker sheet and provide a weekly performance report with 100% data accuracy.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of data entry and user interactions across the team.Who You AreExtremely Reliable: You are a professional who treats remote work with the same discipline as an office role. You value punctuality and consistency.Fluent in English: You have excellent written and spoken English for direct reporting to the CEO.Experienced: 2+ years in a high-volume UK or US focused Call Center or Sales role, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Supervisory capacity.Tech-Savvy: You are an expert in Google Sheets and comfortable navigating web-based Admin Dashboards.Why Join Us?Premium Pay: USD 700/month (We pay $4.00 USD per hour—significantly above the local market rate for this role.)USD Payments: Protect your income against local currency fluctuations by being paid directly in USD.Flat Structure: Work directly with the CEO and have a real impact on a growing startup.Bonus: $100 monthly bonus available for team and individual performance.Full time offer: we can guarantee 170 hour of work per month for 12+ monthsTerms of EngagementThis is a dedicated freelance role paid on an hourly basis.No-Work-No-Pay: We value results and time-on-task.
