This role involves leading the guest relations team, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high service standards throughout the hotel.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise and train the guest relations team to provide outstanding service to all guests.Guest Interaction: Engage with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.Feedback Management: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve services and address concerns proactively.Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.VIP Services: Manage special arrangements for VIP guests, including personalized services and amenities.Reporting: Maintain records of guest interactions and prepare reports for management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.Additional InformationFast-paced hotel restaurant environment.Standing for extended periods.May be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels.
