Job DescriptionPosition Title: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)Employer: Nile Projects & Trading Co.Location: Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-time (5 Working Days – aligned with showroom operating hours)Job PurposeThe Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for creating a welcoming, premium, and professional first impression for all Nile Projects & Trading Co. showroom visitors. This role ensures smooth customer flow, effective coordination with the sales team, and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience aligned with our high brand standards.In addition, the GRO supports showroom management with key administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, appointment coordination, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient daily operations.Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience & EngagementWelcome all showroom visitors warmly and professionally within 30 seconds of entry.Assess customer requirements and assign them promptly to the appropriate Sales Consultant.Monitor customer waiting times proactively to ensure comfort and satisfaction.Address basic inquiries and escalate complaints to the relevant authority when required.Conduct Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) follow-ups during or after showroom visits.Support showroom promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events.2. Coordination & Lead ManagementRecord accurate walk-in customer information and inquiries into corporate CRM systems.Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and coordinate seamless customer handovers.Handle inbound calls efficiently, properly logging all inquiries and customer data.Prepare and update daily lead and customer reports under the supervision of the Showroom Manager.3. Operational & Compliance DutiesComplete the daily showroom GAMPA Walk Checklist.Ensure reception, lounge, and customer greeting areas meet brand presentation standards at all times.Update model specification tablets regularly to reflect accurate and current vehicle details.Maintain proper documentation and reliable audit filing systems.Monitor showroom supply lists (cleaning materials, pantry stock, etc.) and report replenishment needs.Candidate ProfileEducational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Practical experience working with CRM software and digital scheduling systems.Competencies & RequirementsProfessionalism: Impeccable professional appearance, grooming standards, and business etiquette.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.Experience: Previous experience in premium customer service, luxury hospitality, or automotive showrooms is highly preferred.Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional multitasking ability, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Resilience: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure during peak operational hours while maintaining a positive attitude.Work Conditions5 working days per week.The schedule strictly follows showroom operating hours, which includes working weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis as required.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: Careers@nileprojects.comPlease use "Guest Relations Officer - Cairo" as the subject line of your email.
