Nile Projects & Trading Co. 6th of October, Al Jizah, Egypt (On-site)Company: Nile Projects & Trading Co.Position Title: Service Operations Manager – KawatchagyDepartment: Aftersales & Services OperationsReports To: Head of Aftersales & ServicesEmployment Type: Full Time - On siteJob PurposeTo manage and improve the operational performance of Kawatchagy branches by driving service quality, revenue growth, operational efficiency, SOP implementation, and customer satisfaction across the passenger vehicle service network.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of Kawatchagy branches.Ensure achievement of sales, traffic, and profitability targets.Drive growth of non-tire services including oil change, brakes, suspension, and AC services.Monitor branch operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.Ensure SOP compliance across all branches.Lead branch openings, service deployment, and operational readiness activities.Coordinate with maintenance, parts, marketing, and HR teams to ensure operational continuity.Analyze branch performance, traffic, conversion, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Monitor service quality and customer experience standards.Support implementation of promotional campaigns and service packages.Develop branch managers and frontline teams.Identify business expansion opportunities and operational improvements.Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.KPIsBranch profitabilityService sales growthNon-tire revenue contributionCustomer satisfaction scoresAverage ticket valueProductivity and efficiencySOP complianceTraffic conversion rateQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years experience in automotive service operations.Experience managing multi-branch retail/service operations.Strong operational and commercial mindset.Strong leadership and people management skills.Experience in quick service or tire retail operations is a plus.
