Role DescriptionXuru Stays is seeking a full-time Guest Relations Officer to join our team on-site in Heliopolis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling feedback and complaints, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with Xuru Stays. Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive guest relationships • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a professional approach to handling complaints • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus • Good knowledge of hospitality, guest experience standards, and service excellence • Familiarity with local area and tourism services is an advantage • Proficiency in using technology and guest management systems for daily operations • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is a plus • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
