Our mission is to empower healthcare providers worldwide with reliable, high-performance medical devices that improve patient outcomes and meet global regulatory standards.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Team Leader with 7–10 years of experience in electrical hardware development within the medical devices, automotive, or related industries.The ideal candidate will lead a team of hardware engineers, oversee product development activities, and drive the successful delivery of innovative and compliant hardware solutions from concept to production.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is preferred)Technical Qualifications* Proven expertise in multilayer PCB design is mandatory* Strong hands-on experience in: * Electronics and high-speed PCB design * Power electronics and power management systems * Motor control driver design * Analog and mixed-signal circuit design * EMC/EMI design and compliance techniques * Embedded hardware system developmentSoftware & ToolsProficiency in:* Altium Designer* LTspice* Multisim* Proteus* Saturn PCB Toolkit* AutoCAD Electrical* C ProgrammingLeadership & Management Skills* Proven experience leading hardware development teams* Strong project management and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills* Experience with IEC, ISO, and EMC regulatory standards for medical devices is highly preferredKey Responsibilities* Lead and mentor the hardware design engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle* Define hardware architecture and oversee schematic, PCB, and subsystem designs* Ensure designs meet technical, quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements* Collaborate with R&D, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions* Review and approve hardware design documents, simulations, and engineering deliverables* Conduct and manage hardware risk management analysis processes in compliance with medical device development standards* Identify technical risks, perform failure analysis, and implement mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycle* Optimize electrical systems and PCB layouts for EMC compliance and product reliability* Drive technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous design improvements* Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production readiness activities* Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectivesWhy Join Us?At Ezz Medical Industries, you will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects that contribute to the future of healthcare technology.
