This vital leadership role involves overseeing the admission processes, enhancing the school's reputation, and ensuring that we attract and enroll students who are the best fit for our educational community.As the Head of Admission, you will play a crucial role in shaping the school's first impressions and will be responsible for building strong relationships with families, guiding them through the enrollment journey, and promoting our educational values and offerings.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and families to the schoolManage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and their familiesPromote the school through various channels, including open houses, school tours, community events, and digital marketingWork closely with the senior leadership team to align admission goals with the school's strategic prioritiesAnalyze application trends, enrollment data, and market research to inform admission strategies and enhance processesEstablish and maintain effective relationships with current families, alumni, and community partners to foster a positive school environmentCollaborate with faculty and staff to ensure prospective families receive accurate information about the school's curriculum, programs, and cultureLead, train, and mentor the admissions team, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding service to all stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plusA minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of the educational landscape and market trends affecting school admissionsProven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment and marketing strategiesExceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of families and studentsStrong analytical skills to assess enrollment data and inform decision-makingDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectivelyCommitment to the values of the school and a passion for educationSafeguarding Statement: The safety and welfare of our students are our highest priority.
