Manage preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals. Review and negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions. Ensure contractual compliance and minimize commercial risks. Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams. Monitor sales performance, margins, and profitability. Prepare commercial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives. Ensure proper commercial governance and reporting.People DevelopmentInterview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the function. Provide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.Ensure a healthy working environment for the department employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives. Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further developmentEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in leadership and strategic commercial roles.ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in commercial management, sales, contracts, or business development. Proven experience in leadership and strategic commercial roles. Experience in tendering and contract negotiations is highly preferred.Skills and abilitiesFluent English both spoken and written. Strong Commercial and Financial AcumenStrong knowledge of automotive technologies, enterprise applications, and HPC infrastructure.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation skills.Ability to operate in dynamic, multi-market environments and adapt strategies accordinglyStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to close complex deals.Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
