Review and approve daily accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness.Oversee and manage the monthly closing process, ensuring all deadlines are met.Perform, review, and validate bank reconciliations for all company accounts.Review and analyze the trial balance and ensure all balances are accurate and justified.Verify the integrity and consistency of all accounting cycles (AP, AR, GL, FA, Payroll, etc.).Maintain, update, and monitor the fixed assets ledger, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.Handle payroll accounting and ensure proper posting, reconciliation, and compliance.Ensure full compliance with IFRS and apply relevant standards to all financial processes.Implement, monitor, and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.Lead, supervise, train, and develop accounting team members to enhance performance.Streamline and optimize accounting workflows and processes within Odoo ERP.Support internal and external audit activities by providing needed documents and explanations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification is a strong advantage (CPA, CMA, or ACCA).6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or GL leadership role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.Proven experience in monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial analysis.Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
