Job Summary:To lead the development and management of the bank's organizational policies, business analysis, and process optimization functions. This role guides the identification, prioritization, and execution of transformation and improvement projects from conception to completion, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and streamlining processes across all sectors and departments.Job Responsibilities:Lead the development and management of the bank's organizational policies and proceduresOversee business analysis and process optimization activities across all departmentsDirect the identification, prioritization, and execution of improvement and transformation projectsDrive workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costsProvide strategic direction for the integration of business analysis functions within the transformation journeyJob Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.15+ years in organizational development, business analysis, or process excellence; banking or financial services experience required.Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), CBAP or equivalent, Policy management, Process optimization, Cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement.Human Capital Sector
