Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, with leadership experience managing a sales team.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong skills in sales management, coaching, and team development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in EdTech, Software Training, Technology Education, Online Learning, or a related industry.Experience selling educational programs, bootcamps, professional diplomas, or technology-related services.Understanding of the software development and technology learning ecosystem is a strong advantage.
