The successful candidate will combine strong technology leadership with business acumen, ensuring that solutions are commercially viable, scalable, and aligned with market demand.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Innovation Define and execute the technology roadmap for B2B, enterprise, and smart city solutions aligned with the company’s business strategy.Lead the design and evolution of digital platforms, IoT ecosystems, and smart infrastructure solutions.Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities to expand the enterprise and smart solutions portfolio.Enterprise & Smart Solutions Development Lead the architecture and development of solutions across: Enterprise ICT servicesIoT and smart city platformsSmart infrastructure and urban digital servicesGated community solutionsTriple-play services (Internet, IPTV, and Voice)Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready, supporting enterprise and large-scale deployments.Delivery & Development Services Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support.Ensure efficient execution of enterprise and smart city projects with high levels of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Establish best practices and governance frameworks for solution delivery and technology development.Business Engagement & Commercial Support Work closely with enterprise sales, product management, and business development teams to design competitive B2B offerings.Support pre-sales activities, including technical solution design, customer presentations, and RFP responses.Ensure technology solutions are aligned with commercial objectives, revenue growth, and profitability targets.Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and solution providers.Collaborate with government entities, municipalities, developers, and enterprise clients for smart city and smart community initiatives.Leadership & Capability Development Lead multidisciplinary teams covering solution architecture, software development, integration, and project delivery.Develop strong internal capabilities in enterprise technologies, digital platforms, and smart infrastructure solutions.Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.12–15+ years of experience in telecommunications, ICT, or digital technology solutions.Strong experience in enterprise/B2B solutions, smart city initiatives, and large-scale technology deployments.Proven leadership in technology development, solution architecture, and service delivery.Solid understanding of IoT, cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity, connectivity services, and integrated digital ecosystems.Experience working with enterprise customers, real estate developers, municipalities, or government organizations is highly desirable.Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology strategy with market opportunities and revenue generation.Required SkillsTechnology strategy and innovationStrong business and commercial acumenEnterprise and smart city solution architectureIoT, digital platforms, and integrated connectivity servicesProgram and project delivery managementPartner ecosystem and stakeholder managementCustomer-focused solution development
