Reports any non-compliance to the Senior HSE manager or program/project DirectorProvides HSE advice and guidance to the program/project DirectorManages performance of direct reports, and deals effectively with non-performance issues when needed in a timely mannerConducts audits and inspections to ensure that specified HSE deliverables and contractual obligations are implemented.
