bout the CompanyINP LLC Egypt is currently hiring for Equipment Maintenance EngineerAbout the RoleJob Description:Preventive and scheduled maintenanceDiagnostics and troubleshootingRepairs and overhaulsLubrication and wear managementDocumentation and data managementReliability and optimizationSafety and quality regulatory complianceProcurement and vendor coordinationPlanning and coordination with operationsTraining and knowledge transferQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.5 to 7 years in heavy equipment maintenance.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical, NDT) are a plus.OEM certifications favored.Required SkillsProficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, pressure/flow tests, EDM analyzers.Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering.Basic PLC/electrical control knowledge is advantageous.Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ERP modules, and productivity apps; basic data analysis skills.Certification and Training: Safety training including Lockout/Tagout, Sling/Lift planning, Fall protection, and forklift awareness as applicable.Preferred SkillsField and shop maintenance experience with heavy equipment (cranes, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, concrete pumps, etc.).Familiarity with hydraulics, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diagnostics.Work EnvironmentOn-site at construction project locations and in the shop/maintenance yard.Exposure to loud environments, heavy machinery, and varying weather conditions.
