We’re hiring an experienced Call Centre Manager.We’re a results-driven marketing agency specialising in patient acquisition for aesthetic, dental, and chiropractic clinics across the UK and Ireland.We handle lead generation and appointment setting end-to-end, helping clinics fill their calendars with high-quality, ready-to-book patients.Our edge is execution. We run a fast-moving appointment-setting operation, and we’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of the team, and improve performance quickly.This is not a passive management role.You’ll be leading a team of 13+ remote appointment setters who speak with warm inbound leads, handle objections, secure deposits, and book consultations for our clinic clients.We’re looking for a plug-and-play sales manager who has already managed sales or appointment-setting teams before and knows how to drive numbers, coach calls, and hold people accountable.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for improving the team’s daily performance, not just watching reports.You’ll listen to calls, identify what’s working and what isn’t, coach setters directly, improve objection handling, tighten booking quality, and make sure the team is consistently hitting targets.This role needs someone who can raise standards, deal with underperformance, and build a sharper, more competitive sales team.What You’ll OwnDrive daily performance across the appointment-setting teamRun one-on-one and group coaching sessionsReview calls and turn feedback into clear actionImprove pitching, objection handling, discovery, deposit closing, and follow-upTrack targets, activity, booking quality, and individual performanceHold setters accountable to the numbersManage day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and team executionBuild a competitive culture where people want to win and improveWhat We’re Looking For3+ years’ experience managing a sales, call centre, or appointment-setting teamExperience managing at least 8+ agentsStrong sales understanding — you know why a call converts or doesn’tConfident reviewing calls and giving direct coaching feedbackAble to challenge poor performance, not just motivate peopleData-driven, organised, and comfortable managing daily targetsExcellent spoken English and clear communicationSomeone who can come in with real experience, not someone who needs to be taught how to manage a sales team from scratchCompensationEarning potential between $1,500 and $2,500 per month, based on experience and performance.How to ApplyClick the link around this post to apply.A short Loom video is required as part of the application.
