Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies).Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume & value).Identify and acquire new customers to expand the HORECA portfolio.Ensure proper product listing, visibility, and availability at customer outlets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with clients.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely delivery.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.Execute promotions, sampling, and product launches within the HORECA channel.Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, and forecasts.Collect payments and manage credit limits where applicable. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.4–7+ years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably HORECA channel).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good knowledge of the local HORECA market.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Valid driving license (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office.
