The HR system application in the factory plays a pivotal role by ensuring effective implementation of the policies, procedures, and initiatives approved by the HR Centers of Excellence, thereby supporting the plant’s operational objectives, improving workforce efficiency, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring organizational and legal compliance.Leads the implementation of approved workforce plans within the plant to ensure the availability of the required human resources to meet operational and production requirements.Oversees the execution of approved recruitment and hiring plans in coordination with the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Center of Excellence to ensure that open positions are filled with the right competencies, within the targeted timeframe.Ensures the implementation of new employee onboarding programs to achieve faster integration and improved job readiness.Ensures the effective application of the plant’s performance management system to drive higher performance levels and achieve operational targets.Manages the implementation of approved learning and development plans in coordination with the relevant Center of Excellence to close skills gaps and enhance employees’ capabilities.Supports the execution of organizational development initiatives and change management within the plant to ensure alignment with corporate direction.Ensures proper implementation of approved compensation and benefits policies and procedures within the plant to achieve fairness and organizational compliance.Reviews and approves payroll inputs and monthly variables for plant employees to ensure data accuracy and processing integrity.Ensures compliance with the Labor Law, relevant regulations, and organizational policies and procedures across all plant departments.Manages the process of ensuring the safety and accuracy of employee data, job files, and HR records to support decision-making.Analyzes plant HR indicators, identifies improvement opportunities, and raises the recommendations required to management. Academic & Professional Qualifications:A relevant higher qualification (Bachelor’s / Licentiate).Preferably professional certifications in HR Management and related fields.Experience:7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience in industrial or FMCG companies.Skills:Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (Excel, HR Analytics).Inspirational leadership.Ability to influence others.Effective communication.Problem-solving.Flexibility and adaptability.Relationship management.Smart crisis management.
