Manages the monthly attendance system (attendance, absences, permissions, lateness, assignments) by establishing controls, reviewing final outputs, and approving them.Develops and oversees the implementation of leave policies and ensures compliance through the HR operations team.Supervises the management of absences and resignations, ensuring adherence to approved legal procedures.Manages the employee discipline and disciplinary system by approving decisions and reviewing the integrity of procedures.Develops mechanisms for preparing forms (S1-S6) and trains the team on their completion and review before submission to the relevant authorities.Prepares and approves form S2, ensuring legal compliance according to Egyptian labor law regulations before submission.Establishes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for employee affairs and monitors compliance.Reviews and approves operational reports related to attendance, leave, penalties, and absences.Supervises the system for monitoring vehicle and driver licenses and registrations by establishing a mechanism for periodic monitoring and review.  Relevant higher education qualification (Bachelor's degree). Professional certifications in Human Resources Management and related fields. At least 10-12 years of experience, including 5 years in the same field. Experience in industrial and FMCG companies. Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (Excel, HR Analytics). Inspirational Leadership Influencing Others Effective Communication Problem Solving Negotiation & Influence Adaptability Relationship Management
