Job Summary:The Hotels E-commerce & Reservations Executive is responsible for managing online bookings and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations. The role requires a highly detail-oriented and sales-driven individual who can effectively communicate with guests, present offers, and maximize booking conversions across OTA platforms and direct channels.Job Duties & Responsibilities: Handle all incoming booking inquiries (OTAs, website, WhatsApp, email)Actively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-upPresent packages, upsell experiences, and tailor offers based on guest needsBuild trust with customers and convince them to finalize bookingsMaintain fast response time and high-quality communication standardsManage listings and reservations on platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and AgodaEnsure availability, rates, and content are always accurateRespond to OTA messages and inquiries promptlyMonitor booking trends and adjust offers when neededProvide clear, detailed, and attractive explanations of the experienceHandle objections and questions professionally to close salesFollow up with potential guests to increase conversion rateManage guest expectations before arrival to ensure smooth operationsWork closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure booking accuracyCommunicate special requests, VIP bookings, and guest preferencesEnsure all booking details are correctly recorded and sharedTrack conversion rates from inquiries to bookingsMonitor daily bookings and revenue performanceProvide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trendsJob Qualifications:2–4 years experience in hotel reservations, OTA handling, or salesStrong experience with Booking.com and ExpediaExcellent communication and sales/convincing skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsExperience handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or callVery Good English (spoken & written)Sales mindset & closing abilityCustomer engagement & persuasionFast response & multitaskingProblem-solving
