Job Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and business partners.Promote company products, services, and destination experiences effectively.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.Arrange and attend client meetings, networking events, and travel trade exhibitions.Support contracting and commercial negotiations with business partners.Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen business relationships.Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.Represent the company professionally within the market.Assist in developing strategic plans to expand business presence in the market.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Operations.Previous experience within the Travel, Tourism, Destination Management Company (DMC) or Hospitality is highly preferred.Strong understanding of B2B sales and partnership development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are considered a strong advantage.Strong networking and market development capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
