Key Responsibilities:Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot company networks, servers, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and applications in line with organizational requirements and objectives.Implement and enforce IT security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard systems, networks, and data against cyber threats and unauthorized access.Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and platforms.Conduct diagnostic testing, system analysis, and debugging procedures to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, inventories, and technical manuals.Perform regular data backups, archiving, and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and business continuity.Develop and implement effective data retrieval and disaster recovery procedures.Design and maintain end-user feedback mechanisms and error-reporting systems to improve IT service delivery and user experience.Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.Supervise, mentor, and support junior IT staff or IT department employees where applicable.Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and IT administration best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and server management.Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support end users effectively.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.Proficient in written and verbal English communication.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are preferred.Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills.Time Management and Organization Skills.
