We are looking for a practical and organized HR Administrator to join our growing automotive business and help build a strong internal system across our operations.The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing the company structure, managing employees, and improving daily operational workflow within a fast-paced automotive tuning and workshop environment.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in building and organizing the company structure and internal workflow • Manage employee attendance, lateness, schedules, and payroll preparation • Support recruitment and hiring processes for technical and administrative roles • Follow up with employees’ performance and assist in performance evaluation systems • Help solve employee issues and improve workplace organization • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation • Implement HR policies and internal regulations • Coordinate onboarding and training processes for new hires • Assist management in building operational strategies and improving team efficiency • Ensure discipline, accountability, and smooth communication between departments • Support the company’s growth and expansion plans by building a scalable HR system We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of handling operational environments and workshop-based teams.Experience in automotive businesses, workshops, retail, or operational environments is highly preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, operations, or personnel management • Full-time is preferred, but part-time can be considered for highly qualified candidates • Previous experience in workshops, automotive businesses, retail, or operational environments is highly preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage attendance, payroll preparation, and employee records • Experience in recruitment, hiring, and employee performance evaluation • Ability to solve employee issues and maintain a professional work environment • Strong personality with the ability to manage operational and workshop-based teams • Ability to help build and improve company structure and internal systems • Good understanding of HR policies and labor law basics • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred • Experience with blue-collar workforce management is a strong advantage
