Job Summary:Responsible for supporting all Human Resources functions, including personnel administration, recruitment support, employee relations, training coordination, and HR operations. Ensures accurate employee records, smooth HR processes, and compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple HR activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with company policies, labor law requirements, and ISO standards.Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication when required.Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, HR letters, certificates, and other official HR correspondence.Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.Coordinate medical insurance processes including enrollment, updates, additions, and removals.Follow up on government-related HR processes such as social insurance, labor office requirements, and other statutory obligations.Support employee relations activities and handle basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.Assist in training coordination, HR development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.Support HR reporting and data analysis for management requirements.Ensure compliance of all HR processes with internal policies, labor law, and ISO documentation standards.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).HR internship experience and HR certification are required.Basic understanding of HR functions including recruitment, personnel, training, and employee relations.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced HR environment.Participation in student activities, HR training programs, or career fairs is an advantage.
