The role ensures accurate HR documentation and contributes to a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Administration & Employee Records Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and regulations to employees and new joiners.Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and HR databases.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data across all HR systems and records.Manage and maintain employee files in compliance with legal and company requirements.Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management Follow up with new hires to ensure completion of all hiring documents and requirements.Coordinate onboarding activities and track progress using onboarding checklists and tracking tools.Support employee offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.Benefits & Insurance Administration Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and social insurance.Coordinate with external medical insurance providers regarding employee additions, deletions, and updates.Ensure compliance with social insurance regulations and maintain related records.Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support Maintain and update annual leave balances and records.Collect, review, and verify attendance records, timesheets, overtime requests, and leave applications.Prepare and submit monthly payroll-related inputs accurately and on time.Employee Relations & Compliance Update HR policies and procedures as required and communicate changes to employees.Handle and document disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor law requirements.Liaise with governmental authorities when required, including social insurance and labor offices.Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.QualificationsEducation Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.Experience 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, or a related HR function.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and administrative skills.Strong multitasking and time management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Experience using HRIS and HR management systems.
