Our success stems from our people, who embody the values of Integrity, Achievement, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Ownership, and Positivity.Job PurposeWe are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning people strategy with business objectives, championing change, and driving employee engagement and performance.What You Will Do In Your RoleCollaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.Lead talent attraction efforts and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture.Assists with other recruitment departmental initiatives i.e. Employment fairs.Support performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback, development, and succession planning.Assists in drafting the JDs and handles communication of Job Descriptions (JDs) to the incumbents and their sign offs.Act as a change agent in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives.Use HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and continuous improvement.Ensure legal compliance and adherence to HR policies and practices.Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.Consult with line management / employees and provide daily HR guidance to the business account.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.What You Will Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).4-6 years of experience in a business partnering role in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG or manufacturing).Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Proven experience in driving talent development, engagement, and organizational change.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
