TMG Online Branch is Hiring: HR Business Partner (Personnel & Talent Acquisition)Location: Dokki & MadinatyAt TMG Online, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including **Personnel Administration, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations**, while ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & CompensationEnsure payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, and allowances are correctly reflected.Personnel & HR Operations Manage all personnel activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is complete and up to date. Handle Social Insurance, Labor Office, and other governmental procedures while ensuring full legal compliance. Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and official documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and HR best practices.HR Business Support Maintain and update HRIS and employee databases with complete accuracy. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.3–5 years** of hands-on experience in Personnel, Recruitment, and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of **Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and governmental procedures.** Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, and ATS platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Why Join TMG Online?
