Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionSupporting the local HR in payroll inputs.Updating regularly the HR Data files.Handling and supporting the designated HRBP and managers with the absence management process.Preparing all administrative documents (Employment letter, certificates, salary letters, contracts, clearance forms, etc)Being responsible for the medical insurance & Life insurance process (addition and deletion as per policy)Following up social insurance forms and registrations and deregistration with the service provider.The focal point for the external outsourcing service provider with topics related to payroll, recruitment, operational issues.Following up with the purchasing department regarding the purchase orders related to the HR department.Preparing and publishing job announcements on Talent Hub, LinkedIn, etc.Supporting the HRBP with the local induction program.The HR coordinator will be responsible for handling junior profiles’ requisitions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar degree.Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar positionHigh proficiency in PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel.High Creativity High level of attention to details.
