Egybell is hiring an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator for a leading company located in Abu Rawash.Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee records and databases.- Handle HR-related documentation and filing.- Assist in the recruitment & onboarding of new hires, as well as the exit process for the resigning staff.- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.- Assist all staff benefits, including medical insurance additions, deletions, updated network and queries.- Contribute in maintaining a comprehensive personnel filing system both digitally & in hard copies.RequirementBachelor’s degree in Human resources, business, or a related field1 year of experience in the same positionVery good English (Written & Spoken)Excellent communication, and problem solving skillsClient-focused mindsetProficiency in MS OfficeAttention to detail and confidentiality
