Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Employee Benefits Supervisor to join our payroll team.The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the benefits function, ensuring the accuracy of employee medical insurance records, managing provider relationships, supporting client requests, and leading a team of Benefits Specialists to deliver high-quality service while maintaining operational efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor the daily performance of Benefits Specialists, ensuring balanced workload distribution and adherence to service timelines.Supervise the monthly compilation and validation of employee medical insurance data, including additions, deletions, and plan upgrades.Conduct periodic audits to identify and prevent data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.Coordinate with medical insurance companies (TPAs) and brokers to facilitate approvals, resolve escalated cases, and address urgent network requests.Follow up on chronic disease approvals, exceptional medical cases, and service escalations.Review provider invoices and employee reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy before final billing approval.Oversee the issuance and distribution of medical cards for newly onboarded employees.Respond to client inquiries regarding medical coverage, benefits eligibility, and policy guidelines.Monitor operational performance metrics and recommend process improvements.Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, insurance providers, and brokers to ensure smooth service delivery.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in HR Benefits or Medical Insurance Administration.Medical or healthcare background (Doctor, Pharmacist, or related medical field)At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an HR Outsourcing Agency or a TPA/Brokerage firm.Experience in medical insurance & healthcare management.Strong practical knowledge of the Egyptian corporate healthcare market, network tiers, and medical approval procedures.Proven ability to manage a team and track operational performance metrics.Excellent problem-solving, corporate communication, and B2B client handling skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for manipulating and auditing large employee databases.
