Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of construction projects.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition.Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment across on-site and office-based teams.Design and execute training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career progression.Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the construction and real estate sectors.Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback for all staff levels.Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and recommend improvements.Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in coordination with finance and external vendors.Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, expansion, and cultural integration.Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies. Minimum 12 years’ experience in human resources.Experience in construction companies is a must.Excellent command of English language.HR Diploma is a must.MBA is a plus.Strong Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.Strong Knowledge of Egyptian Income Taxes Law.Excellent experience in dealing with governmental offices.Experience with ERP systems and HR Applications is a plus.Experience in both strategic and operational HR.Experience in HR best practices.Experience in managing teams.Excellent Communication skills.Excellent in Microsoft Excel.Excellent Leadership skills.
