HR Manager – FMCG Manufacturing | 10th of Ramadan / New Cairo

 About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised HR Manager to support and scale our growing manufacturing business.This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, attendance management, and government relations within FMCG or manufacturing environments.You will play a key role in building efficient HR processes and supporting the company’s expansion from 25 to 75 employees.Job DescriptionManage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee files, and contractsHandle recruitment and hiring activities to support business growthCoordinate payroll preparation and attendance reporting through fingerprint systemsManage relationships with Egyptian government entities, including the Labour Office and Social InsuranceSupport the implementation of HR policies and internal regulationsMonitor employee discipline, attendance, and workplace complianceSupport department managers with workforce planning and hiring needsMaintain accurate HR records and reportsContribute to improving HR systems and organisational processes 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing industriesExperience dealing with Labor Office, Social Insurance, and related government proceduresHands-on experience with attendance systems, payroll coordination, and employee administrationExperience in recruitment and hiring processesGood understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR policiesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and growing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsGood English communication skillsMale or FemaleBased in Greater Cairo or willing to work in 10th of Ramadan / New Cairo Compensation & BenefitsAttractive salary package (EGP 20,000 – 25,000 net)Annual performance bonus based on company resultsProfessional and growth-oriented work environmentCareer development opportunities within a fast-growing organization
