As we continue to expand our luxury Nile Cruise operations, we are looking for an experienced Hospitality HR Manager to build, lead, and develop our people strategy across our fleet and hospitality operations.This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong hospitality background who is passionate about attracting top talent, developing high-performing teams, and creating an outstanding employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for onboard and shore-based hospitality positions.Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top hospitality professionals.Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs.Manage employee relations while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.Develop performance management systems, employee evaluations, and career development plans.Create training and development programs to improve service quality and leadership capabilities.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.Partner with department heads to forecast workforce requirements.Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies.Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic reports to senior management.Support company growth through organizational development initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of HR management experience within the hospitality industry.Previous experience with hotels, luxury resorts, Nile Cruises, or tourism companies is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Preferred QualificationsPlease answer the following when applying:Experience managing HR for multiple hospitality properties or vessels.Background in luxury hospitality or cruise operations.HR certifications are considered a strong advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Career growth within a rapidly expanding luxury hospitality company.Professional development and training opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunity to shape the culture and people strategy of a growing luxury Nile Cruise brand.Application QuestionsPlease answer the following when applying:What is your expected monthly salary (EGP)?How many years of HR experience do you have in the hospitality industry?Which hospitality sectors have you worked in?
